EZpay is a great way to enjoy the many benefits of our Passport Program for an easy monthly rate. EZpay allows you the flexibility to pay for Silver, Gold or Platinum Passports in monthly installments rather than in one lump sum. Furthermore, we will not charge interest, finance charges or fees of any kind for participation in the EZpay payment program.

Once you have met your initial 12 or 24-month commitment terms on your Silver, Gold, or Platinum Passport, you can keep right on enjoying your Passport membership at a low monthly price - and you don't have to do a thing. We will continue to charge a low monthly rate to your account per your EZpay agreement until you decide to close it.

Your first charge will occur at the time you purchase your EZpay membership.

When at the Park, where do I go to process or purchase Passport Memberships?
At Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, Busch Gardens Williamsburg, SeaWorld Orlando, SeaWorld San Diego, Water Country USA and Adventure Island there is a Passport Processing Center where validation occurs. Please look at the park map or speak with an area host or hostess for directions to the Passport Center. Please note: validation of Passports cannot occur at parks in which the Passport is not valid.

Are there any finance charges for participation in the EZpay program?
No, we want to make memberships affordable for everyone. SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment will not charge interest, finance charges or fees of any kind.

Can I pay off my initial commitment early?
Yes, you may pay off your initial term of commitment early by calling 1-888-800-5447 or visiting the Passport Center at the park.

I just signed up for a Silver Passport on EZpay payment plan; can I upgrade my Passport Membership to make it a Gold or Platinum Passport?
Yes, you can upgrade to a Gold or Platinum Passport by visiting the Passport Center at the park or by calling 1-888-800-5447. Please note that when you change your account, you will begin a new 24-month commitment term. Your new membership will be valid 24 months from the date you make the change. ' You will then be able to enjoy the benefits of a Gold or Platinum Passport. A new membership card will be issued.

I just signed up for EZpay; can I upgrade my Passport Membership to add another park?
Yes, you can add another park by visiting the Passport Center at the park or by calling 1-888-800-5447. Please note that when you change your account you will begin a new 12 or 24-month commitment. Your new membership will be valid 12 or 24 months from the date you make the change. A new membership card will be issued.

I just signed up for EZpay to include two or more parks; can I now change my membership to a one park Passport instead?
No, you may not change to a product of lesser value until your initial term of membership has been fulfilled.

What happens after my EZpay 12 or 24-month membership term concludes?
EZpay participants will be mailed a statement that outlines ongoing member participation in the EZpay monthly payment plan. At that time, program participants may elect to add or remove parks or memberships from the current account on file.

What do I do if the credit card I use for my EZpay Payments is lost or stolen?
Please call us at 1-888-800-5447 and notify us of the new credit card you would like to use for your EZpay account.

What do I do if my credit card is about to expire, or if I would like to change the credit card that I am using for my EZpay account?
Please call us at 1-888-800-5447 and notify us of the new credit card you would like to use for your EZpay account. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

I have received a notice in the mail that my EZpay account has been suspended. Who do I contact to rectify my current account status?
Please call us at 1-888-800-5447 right away. We will explain your current account status and provide information on how to reactivate your account.

What happens when my initial term of commitment ends?
When your initial term of commitment ends, your Silver, Gold or Platinum membership will be automatically renewed. If you wish to close your account, please call 1-888-800-5447. After your initial commitment has been fulfilled, the expiration date of your Passport will change monthly. Fun Card memberships will not automatically renew and all expire on December 31, 2004.

Can I cancel my EZpay account before my commitment term ends?
No. Your initial term of membership cannot be cancelled. Member actions that result in cancellation prior to completion of initial membership agreement will require payment in full of each Passport purchased. Remember, your Silver, Gold, or Platinum Passport will be automatically renewed after your initial term of commitment. If you wish to close your account after the initial term of membership, you must call 1-888-800-5447.

Can I cancel my EZpay account after my commitment term has ended?
Yes, you may cancel at anytime after your initial term of membership has ended. Simply call 1-888-800-5447 to cancel. Silver, Gold, and Platinum members: Please note that if you do not call to cancel, your membership will be automatically renewed. Fun Card memberships will not automatically renew.

Can I remove someone from my EZpay account
You will not be able to remove individuals from your account until your initial term of membership has ended.

Can I change an individual on my account to a different credit card?
No, changing the credit card number on your account will change the billing information for each member on your account. You will not be able to separate individuals on your account to a different credit card.

Is my Passport Membership transferable?
No, Passport Memberships are not transferable at any time.
